CostsLocalAlert is licensed per local authority, covering any number of users or participating partner organisations. Prices include set-up of initial style templates in line with your website design. The following prices apply from 1 July 2005:Borough / District Councils Hosted Service £2000/year OR Software Licence £5000 Unitary Authorities Hosted Service £3000/year OR Software Licence £7500 County Councils/MBCs (including London Authorities) Hosted Service £4000/year OR Software Licence £10,000 Where the hosted service is provided to organisations covering areas with more than 400,000 residents, an additional annual charge of £1000 per 400,000 (or part thereof) additional residents applies. The eConsultation functionality is available as a product option at a cost of 50% of the initial licence fee or annual hosting fee. Annual software maintenance (software upgrades) and helpdesk support are available at 15% of the total initial licence fee (but are included as part of the hosted service).
