LocalAlert allows resident citizens or businesses to sign up for HTML or plain text format emails on a range of topics. In addition, subscribers may elect to receive SMS text alerts for specific high-priority categories.
For example, integration with your planning database will allow you to notify citizens within a given radius of the property concerned automatically upon receipt of new applications, when plans have changed, when a public hearing is scheduled or when a decision has been reached. Hyperlinks may be associated with each notification allowing drill-down into associated case details and/or plans or to link to a form to submit representations. Alternatively, use our solution to target your consultations to specific areas.

LocalAlert allows you to incorporate information from partner agencies or community organisations.
Smaller organisations may be provided with password protected access to a secure web-based facility for adding events, jobs and other information.
Alternatively, larger organisations may be provided with access to SOAP facilities for submitting data directly from their databases.
